WAXMAG ? -F:
WAXMAG ?-F is a filled pattern wax containing resin filler. Filler content is 20% by weight. This filled pattern wax also has very low ash content. It's viscosity at congealing point is high requiring higher injection pressure than the unfilled pattern waxes. Also, premelt and holding tanks must be equipped with agitator and proper temperature control.
However, resin filler used is perfectly stable over the temperature ranges for handling wax in the investment casting process. Fusion temperature of filler is above 170°C.
Major advantage of using this filled pattern wax is it's practically nil sinkage even for very thick pattern sections. Hence, use of chills, etc. is avoided. Besides, contraction is much lower and patterns are dimensionally stable and hence less rejections. Mould setting time for filled pattern wax is also greatly reduced by the use of filler. Thus, WAXMAG ?-F is preferred for the efficient mass production of patterns with perfect dimensional control and extremely good finish.
For best results, filler must be in a fine particulate suspension in the filled wax melt for injection. To achieve and maintain this, filler must be prevented from settling out or agglomerating.
Filler does not melt for it's good use, alongwith other components in WAXMAG ?-F, and filtration will remove filler from molten wax. Thus, it becomes necessary to replenish entire filler content every cycle for reuse after dewaxing, if filteration is carried out.

WAXMAG ? - FG:
WAXMAG ?-FG is a filled pattern wax containing resin filler which is same as the one used in our filled pattern wax, WAXMAG ?-F. Filler content is about 22% by weight. This filled wax also has very low ash content. Equipment set-up and normal handling requirements are the same as in the case of WAXMAG ?-F which are necessitated due to the use of filler.
WAXMAG ?-FG shares in common, the following characteristics with WAXMAG ?-F :
Filler is stable upto 170°C. Beyond this, it may reach the fusion point
Nil sinkage-no chills are required
Good mechanical strength-sturdy patterns
Besides the above, WAXMAG ?-FG offers following advantages :
Very low linear contraction
Very smooth surface finish
Short mould setting times
High melt viscosity
Good dimensional control-piece to piece variation is almost eliminated
As also in the case of WAXMAG ?-F, filler does not melt for it's good use, alongwith other components in WAXMAG ?-FG, and filtration will remove filler from molten wax. Thus, it becomes necessary to replenish entire filler content every cycle for reuse after dewaxing, if filteration is carried out.

WAXMAG ? - M:
WAXMAG ?-M is a filled pattern wax with resin filler content of about 25%. Resin filler used is same as that used in our filled pattern waxes, viz. WAXMAG ?-F and WAXMAG ?-S. It is characterized by wider injection temperature range and permits injection both in semi-liquid as well as paste conditions. The patterns show very low contraction, no sinkage with excellent surface finish and maintain rigid dimensional control-showing minimal piece-to-piece variation.

WAXMAG ? -F38:
WAXMAG ?-F38 is a premium filled pattern wax containing resin filler. It contains 38 % filler content by weight.
WAXMAG ?-F38 shares in common, the following characteristics with other filled pattern waxes :
Filler is stable upto 170°C. Beyond this, it may reach the fusion point
Nil sinkage-no chills are required
Good mechanical strength-sturdy patterns
Besides the above, WAXMAG ?-F38 offers following exclusive advantages :
Very low linear contraction
Very smooth surface finish
Short mould setting times
High melt viscosity
Good dimensional control-piece to piece variation is almost eliminated
Filler does not melt for it's good use, alongwith other components in WAXMAG ?-F38, and filtration will remove filler from molten wax. Thus, it becomes necessary to replenish entire filler content every cycle for reuse after dewaxing, if filteration is carried out.
