OPERATION :       

MELTING :     Melt the slabs with gradual heating and constant slow stirring upto 100°C. When the mass perfectly molten, COOL GRADUALLY UNDER STIRRING upto 75°C.

                           Cooling further below 75°C may be done with occasional stirring for the purpose of homogenizing to a conditioned stage.

                            Holding or homogenizing tanks must be given slow continuous stirring for prolonged storage.

INJECTION :    65 - 70°C @ 200-300 psi pressure.

       FILLER :    Resin filler content is 38% by weight.

   STORAGE :    Keep it away from sources of heat.
