STICKMAG:
STICKMAG is used in molten form as an adhesive for joining surfaces, as the melt is extremely sticky. Applications include making the pattern - sprue assemblies, joining the pattern sections if designs require or occasionally repairing the relatively large broken patterns for salvaging them.
Bond may be between the surfaces of like or different waxes giving bond strength higher than the waxes joined. Bath of molten STICKMAG is maintained about 85-90ºC to provide liquid to serve as an adhesive medium.
STICKMAG has perfect compatibility with our WAXMAG ® pattern - waxes. Due to it's easy melt-flow and negligible ash content, poses no problem during 'dewaxing' or 'burn-out'.
